Right above Leh is the Leh Palace, which you can honestly only look at from the outside. The interior is unfortunately completely empty and is only equipped with a rather loveless photo exhibition of arbitrary Indian attractions. If you have managed the narrow entry, you can best comfort yourself on this vantage point over the disappointment and start to dream of his ascent of the Stok Kangris.
