There is the former Hundseck spa, which ceased operations in 1982 and has been plagued by "investors" for 40 years now. schwarzwald-informationen.de/menue-schwarzwaldhochstrasse/kurhaus-hundseck-geschichte.html
And there is the former Hundseck mountain restaurant, which found a new "investor" in 2011, and who has literally walled himself in.
