The trail is 80-90% easy to ride! Caution is advised in some places.
You can't be afraid of heights, of course, and you have to know what you're doing! There's no room for mistakes; the descent is steep, right next to the trail.
It's great for adventurers, though; you can easily push the bike, but it's still an experience! I did it during the week and before 10:30, so there weren't many hikers. Depending on the weather, I think there are a lot of hikers.
