Park the car at Foyrnon Beach (a wonderful lonely beach that invites you for a refreshing bath after the tour, so don’t forget the swim suit). The short walk to the cave aside the shore and emerald waters is well sign posted.

The cave of Franchthi (Greek Φράγχθι) is located in a bay opposite Kilada in the Argolis on the Peloponnese (Greece). It was from the Upper Palaeolithic (about 38,000 BC) to about 4000 BC. in use and then partially collapsed.
