The extensive lynx enclosure can be seen very well in three places - and yet you sometimes need a little patience here. The "brush ears" are very well camouflaged, and the enclosure is very spacious. Discovering the lynx does not always work out right away, but you will be rewarded with a wonderful insight into the life of these fascinating animals.

The lynx enclosure offers several viewpoints to observe these beautiful animals; usually one is lucky and one sees one or more lynxes from one of the three viewpoints.

    The lynx
Mysterious forest cat. About 150 years ago, the lynx (scientific name: Lynx) was eradicated in the Bavarian Forest. In the adjacent Bohemian Forest, he stayed until the beginning of the 20th century.
