Outside the small town of Trochtelfingen, in the middle of the Swabian Alb, is one of the largest German noodle manufacturer settled: Alb Gold. The specialty is of course Spaetzle. Here in the customer center you will find much more than a shabby factory sale, so a stop is absolutely worth it. The Customer Center is more a museum and a discovery path than anything else. You can observe in the glass production how pasta is made. In the herbal world you learn everything about more than 1000 plants and herbs. At the Landmark you can buy local products and in the restaurant Sonne - and now it's exciting when you're on bike tour - you can try delicious pasta dishes directly. And so a portion of pasta is well on every tour well.
