Webers Brünnele is a spring in the Anhauser Valley, near the town of Anhausen in the Augsburg district, Bavaria. The spring feeds the Anhauser Bach and is a popular destination for hikers and nature lovers. The name “Webers Brünnele” is derived from a nearby farmstead whose meadow bordered the spring. In 2017, the area around the spring was renovated by volunteers from the Diedorf local group of the Nature Conservation Association. Among other things, the water trough was renewed and the area for visitors was redesigned. Webers Brünnele is located along the Swabian-Allgäu hiking trail, which leads from Augsburg to Sonthofen. The surrounding area is characterized by a varied landscape with forests, meadows and fish ponds, which invites you to go on long hikes. Visitors have the opportunity to take a break at the spring and enjoy the idyllic atmosphere of the Anhauser Valley. The proximity to other attractions such as the Oberschönenfeld Monastery and the Oberschönenfeld Museum makes the region an attractive destination.
