A visit is worthwhile in every season. Whether in spring, summer, autumn or winter. The moor has a different face every time. We went there on New Years morning. A magical light made me think of the Erlkönig.

Quaint plank and dam paths through the moor. Partly with small corners + bench. But at least in the summer, especially on weekends, many walkers and cyclists.

The Brenner Moor is the largest salt moor in the interior of Schleswig-Holstein. The salinity of the salt springs partially reaches that of the North Sea. A jewel of nature, but heavily frequented on weekends. Still a real highlight. This way you get really great impressions of nature
