After the iron bridge in the Geulbach valley, a very narrow path follows steeply up to the Heidenpforte. The Kerbtal is very deep and for hikers who are afraid of heights the path could be difficult at one point or another. Behind the Heidenpforte it goes up in serpentines to a wider forest path. Scenic valley!
