The Beyern village church.

This little gem is located in the Elbe-Elster district in Brandenburg and is a testimony to history and faith.

The church was originally built from **Raseneisenstein**, of which only the western parts of the wall remain. In 1861 an extensive renovation took place, using brick. The church received a small apse and an octagonal tower top in the style of the late Schinkel school. The interior is simple and characterized by a three-sided gallery and a simple pulpit altar. The chandelier dates from the end of the 18th century. The organ was built by Nikolaus Schrickel from Eilenburg and has a beautiful sound.

The Beyern village church belongs to the Rehfeld (Falkenberg/Elster) parish in the Bad Liebenwerda parish of the Evangelical Church in Central Germany. It is a place of peace and reflection, but also of community and joy. I was impressed by the atmosphere and architecture of this church and can only recommend that you visit it yourself.
