The mills are a very old mechanization which made it possible to carry out work of crushing of the seeds (flour mill), crushing of the cloth, tanning of the leather (tan mill).
Until the Revolution, the income from the mills went to the lords. This mill depended on the seigneury of Gourvinec, one of the most powerful in St Nolff. In the facade, a dovecote, a privilege of the nobility, has three rows of holes in proportion to the land in the domain.
The mill was used to grind flour until the 1950s. Then it was bought and restored by the municipality to serve as an association room.
