Regaus, whose heirs sell it to J.F. Walravens. A map of circa 1751 shows a tree-lined domain with French gardens, fountains, ponds and the floor plan of a complex building. In the middle of the 19th century it is listed as abandoned and furnished as a farm. At the end of the 19th century, it must have been partly rebuilt, partly restored, during the first half of the 20th century, with processing of recycled material (including from the former castle of Thy-le-Château).
