The Lüdermünder Warte, a watchtower and signal tower, was built for the Fulda Monastery in the 14th and 15th centuries. It is 12 m high and has a diameter of at least 5.50 m, with a wall thickness of 1.25 m. The tower is clearly visible from afar, also from the Fulda Valley Cycle Path. A bank invites you to linger.
