Tossenser Pütten Nature Area

+++ Tossenser Pütten (also interesting for anglers monsterfisch.de/gewaesser/puetten-butjadingen) are beautiful, wooded all around, just natural. You can take a long walk around the Pütten or go jogging.
+++ Various benches invite you to linger.
+++ At the beginning there is a jetty with a large bench with a table for tea time/snack.
+++ At the entrance there is a large covered area with lots of seating (ideal for groups: clubs, classes that go on an excursion and, in my opinion, it's also suitable for barbecuing - because it's big enough.
- Ducks seem to be native all year round. Information boards are set up around the lake and provide a lot of information about flora and fauna here.
+++ I recommend you to go from there over the dyke directly to the sea.
+++ - Holiday resort "Pütten" (butjadingen.de/erleben-discoveren/poi/seenlandschaft-puetten-tossens) with 48 building sites is being created, the future owners only have to cross the dike once and are already on the Wadden Sea. Right there is the lake "Pütten". Has something. Unfortunately, the wooden blocks are not quite my taste, at least they fit here in the region, in my opinion not really.

The pines in Tossens are a recreation area for tourists and for us anglers.
The pits, like almost all our lakes, were dug for dike construction.The community Pütte (3.6ha) is the larger of the two lakes on the dike in Tossens and originally consisted of two lakes. This is still recognizable by the two islands that are in it. Formerly, the two islands together with the two tongues formed a dam that separated the two lakes.

Nice quiet place. Accessible from the parking lot via a beaten path.
You can walk around the water and enjoy the view from the jetty.
