As the western gateway to the Karwendel, the Scharnitz Nature Park Information Center is a highlight for all visitors to the region. The new information center is operated by the Olympiaregion Seefeld tourism association and is located right next to the associated Holzerhütte Museum and the Scharnitz nature adventure playground.
After the shell was completed in November 2018, the information center has been open since the end of August 2019. The ceremonial inauguration took place on October 12, 2019. The municipality of Scharnitz, the Olympiaregion Seefeld and the Karwendel Nature Park are extremely proud of this joint flagship project.
