The long-closed path from Pollença to Castell del Rei (komoot.de/tour/163160849/embed?) is now open again—at least for hikers who aren't afraid of the effort. Since the number of hikers has been limited to 20 per day, you must obtain a pass from the Pollença Town Hall about a week before the tour (info: Tel. 971/535077 at Pollença Town Hall). This pass is, of course, only valid for the specified day. Unfortunately, the old castle ruins are not open to visitors.
