The view from the Wertach Bridge is impressive: both upstream and downstream, a beautiful panorama unfolds. A short stop is definitely worthwhile to soak in the tranquility of the water and the surrounding landscape. Immediately afterwards, a challenging, steep climb towards Maria Rain begins. Depending on the weather and the condition of the terrain, both the already difficult ascent and the descent can be even more technically demanding. Solid riding skills and some experience are therefore advantageous, but the route is manageable for experienced cyclists.
