The Winzelner Jägerhäusle is an example of recycling from the 19th century: originally built elsewhere, the old walls were rebuilt here on Zollhausstrasse. At that time, Zollhausstraße was a trade route between Baden and Württemberg, and as the name suggests, there was also a station on this street where customs had to be paid when crossing the border.
