Triassic Park Playground and Trail

The Triassic Park is located here in summer. Interesting facts from primeval times and about dinosaurs for young and old. In winter, the Steinplatte ski area is located in the Tyrol-Salzburg-Bavaria border triangle in conjunction with the Winklmoosalm near Reit im Winkl. It can be reached on the Austrian side with the 15-person gondola from Waidring and on the German side with the 8-person gondola from Seegatterl. The ski area includes all levels of difficulty.

Into the gondola and up into the prehistoric times: dinosaurs, corals, ammonites and primal sea - in any weather! Where the popular skiing and hiking area Steinplatte is today was the primeval sea Tethys 200 million years ago.
