Tips

At the top of the Hochfirst you will find a mobile tower house as well as a radio tower with a small viewing platform. In summer, the tower can be climbed daily between 11 and 19 o'clock. In winter, you can only on Sundays and only in good weather on the tower. From the platform you have a wonderful view of the Titisee and the surrounding mountains.

The Rasthaus Hochfirst is open daily from 11 o'clock, only on Tuesdays is closed.

Impressive view of the Feldberg and the Titisee from the viewing platform. A maximum of six people are allowed on the tower at the same time. The tower key is available at the mountain inn. Not in strong winds and temperatures below 5 degrees.

The view from the 1197 m high Hochfirst is great. Below the Titisee, in the background the Feldbermassiv. The lookout tower is open when the restaurant is open. Tuesday is day off - I was there on which day - of course!
