The Bolter Mühle, founded in 1665 by the Johanniterorder Mirow, is today with its more than 350 years one of the oldest buildings and one of the most impressive event location in the southern Müritz region and throughout Germany.
Located in one of the most beautiful landscapes in Germany, on the southern tip of the Müritz, after several years of reconstruction, the Bolter Mühle is exclusively available to house guests on a half-hectare park and garden area.
The spacious outdoor area borders in the north over the Mühlenbach to the Bolter Canal and the Alte Fahrt, which connects the Müritz with the Mecklenburg Kleinseenplatte. If the water level is favorable, a weir will turn the water wheel of the Bolter mill.
In the east and south, the Müritzfischer fish ponds and hatcheries border the site; the water of the Müritz rushes through the historic facility with a natural gradient.
West of the house, the access road leads to the Müritz National Park Village Boek as well as several long-distance bike paths and regional bike routes.
