Gieringer Weiher

A beautiful swimming lake to linger. You can enjoy food and drinks on the sun terrace without paying admission. Entry for lying on the meadow by the lake costs € 5 for adults. Sun loungers and parasols can be borrowed for a fee. Worth a detour, as there wasn't much going on either.

A nice little lake for swimming.

Unfortunately, I cannot say whether the lake is beautiful. In any case, I had a very unfriendly encounter with the bathing staff. I wanted to take photos of the lake without taking a bath. The access is in a closed area, the forest pool. A lady from the cash register told me that I was not allowed to enter the facility without entering.
So I had to leave the area without photos of the lake. I also lost one consumption. Unfortunately, a very, very unfriendly experience.
p.s. I had pushed my bike with me because I didn't want to leave it unattended for the short time the photos were taken.
