U Vodáka Game Reserve

Nice facility especially for children to get to know the animals. Several feeding stations distributed around the site would perhaps be better so that the animals move around more.

A small game reserve in the U Vodáka valley. The fenced area of eight hectares includes a stream, a pond, a large clear meadow and rocky forest sections. Mouflon and fallow deer thrive here, who can graze even acidic and hard grasses and who grind their hooves on the stones. The field can be partially bypassed along the fence. In addition, the animals can be observed from an observatory built on the western edge of the game reserve. Near the sitting area there is a feeder. Over the years, mouflons have become accustomed to visitors and can be observed undisturbed, even when they are not feeding.
