Weekly guided tours of the dairy without prior notice on these dates:

Winter dates (01. November - 30. April):
Tuesday and Thursday: 13:30
Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday: 11:00

Summer dates (01. May - 31. October):
Monday to Friday: 13:30

The starting point for our tour. The tour is conditionally recommendable, unless you like to go on driveways. Unfortunately, about half of the route, as well as the Alpe Beichelstein, to drive with cars. Although there are usually only side roads but relaxed hiking is different. The pure hay-milk is delivered fresh to the alpine dairy every day by 8 dairy farmers from the local area of Hopferau, where it is processed into cheese. It is pure hay milk, which on the one hand guarantees the good quality and on the other hand the regionality of the cheese products.
