The dairy is a cooperative farm of farmers from the area around Hopferau. Eight dairy farmers deliver their fresh milk every day, which is then processed into cheese, which you can sample and buy here. In the restaurant Käsealp next door you can enjoy delicious food with a fantastic view - in the summer also from the beer garden!
