The Auerberg is a grandiose panoramic mountain with refreshments, a church with a viewing platform and lots of information about its Roman past.

There are interesting pieces of equipment in the church. A Mother of God by the Allgäu carver Jörg Lederer from 1520. The Rosary Madonna from 1641 hangs dominating over the entrance to the chancel. On one wall is a figure of St. Georg, who is currently assassinating a dwarf dragon, from 1675. There is much more to discover. Well worth a visit, it is indeed a gem!
