Tips
Idyllic place with a great view of the Neckar. The driveway from Mückenloch is not great, the way from Rainbach is nicer. From there a narrow farm road leads upwards (which is almost too narrow and steep again for a descent). However, the cobblestones in the village are almost too dangerous for RR enthusiasts, especially if you are on 23 mm tires.

The Dilsberg castle fortress rises proudly on the hill of the same name above Neckargemünd. The castle once belonged to the Counts Palatine of the Rhine and served a military function. Today the stair tower in the ruin offers a fantastic view over the Neckar valley and the Odenwald.
