The panoramic trail to the vantage point under the Bärenköpfle leads from the Ifenbahn middle station (Ifen 2) in a southwesterly direction. It goes across sunny meadows with almost no increase, on a well-developed gravel path towards the nearby destination. Numerous benches along the way invite you to enjoy the mountain view. Even with one or the other short break, the end of the path is quickly reached. The vantage point offers a magnificent mountain panorama. Below is the Schwarzwassertal, on the opposite side the ridge of the Heuberg rises up to the Walmendingerhorn. Behind are the rocky mountain peaks of the Liechelkopf and the Schafalpenkopf, towards the Allgäu main ridge. To the north you look through the Kleinwalsertal to over the border to neighboring Oberstdorf.
