The Sint-Hubertuskerk is the parish church of Sint-Huibrechts-Hern, located at Sint-Hubertusstraat 2 there.

Here stood an early Gothic church from the 13th and 14th centuries, which was demolished in 1904. The tower and choir were spared. However, the ship was replaced by a wider ship, but designed by Mathieu Christiaens. This nave was also replaced in 1965 by a modernist hall church, the axis of which was projected perpendicular to that of the original, oriented church. Architects were Joseph Deré and Janssens.
