Best Hikes to Rowing Ferry Ostklüne–Westklüne

Tips

  • If you go on an exploration tour around Lake Usedom on foot or by bike, the path ends in Ostklüne or Westklüne, because the two villages are separated by the Kehle (a connection between Lake Usedom and the Szczecin Lagoon). Kehle is 300 meters long and 50 meters wide. A ferry takes you from one side of the Klüne to the other. The small rowing ferry between the two districts is operated by the Gaede family. The ferryman will cross here on request or - more precisely - you can call him by ringing the bell. Source: komoot.de/plan/@53.8481470,13.9243398,16.483z?sport=hike&waypoint=hl:173353
