Plateau de Chambran

The Chambran plateau, known as Chambran, has the label of natural park and thus constitutes an area of ecological, fauna and flora interest. This status means it is strongly protected. The landscapes there are fantastic. If it is the starting point for many hikes to the peaks, it is also enough to be a superb hiking destination.

This valley is beautiful and sunny. There is a small refuge where you can get a snack and something to drink. The valley is the starting point for various walks, including the trip to Lac de l'Eychauda.

After a beautiful climb of 450 meters accompanied by exceptional views, we reach the plateau of Chambran. It is an ideal spot to take a break, and continue to admire the landscape, which does not slip away once you reach the top.
