The Rotach is interesting along its entire length, but the section from the Haslach mill near Siessen to the Schönemühle near Urnau is truly unique. At 8km only 3 farms on the whole route, no roads, no cars, no railway line, no civilization, no noise - just the splashing of the stream. Go here almost daily to commute with dog along.

This place feels really like away from the civilization. It is a beautiful valley with great hiking and biking spots. The River follows the hiking path and really helps to relax.
