The stone bridge from 1711 over the Schorgast, also called "Wernersbruck", is a technical monument and a masterly craftsmanship with a high rarity value.
For centuries, heavy horse-drawn carts with copper ore and stones rolled over the bridge, for centuries it defied all the water masses, ice drifts and even heavy tanks at the end of World War II.

This historic bridge is hated by motorists because it forms a somewhat confusing bottleneck.
But nice to look at for pedestrians and cyclists.
