The Weisse Mühle was first mentioned in a document in 1144, when the Sehemullin was half on the ground of the church, for which she had to pay two pounds of wax annually as interest. In 1507, the Engelgarten Charterhouse in Würzburg took full control of the village. The Bürgerspital Würzburg built the mill wing in 1562, which is commemorated by the arched doorway to the cellar.
