The Ranhartalm is not a typical tourist hut. It is beautifully situated, you have a fantastic view and the snack there consists of very tasty homemade cheese and ham. A real treat. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to hike off the beaten track and experience something special. The dairymaid is very friendly.

The Alm is a dream! Completely off the beaten path, it just seems like you're in another world. I thought it was great that drinks for hikers were kept cold in the fountain, great!
