Somewhat removed from the village center, the so-called Gruppachmühle (Gruppach Mill) is located outside Mocherwitz, directly on the main road next to a small farmstead with a residential building. Unfortunately, there is little, or rather almost no, information about the building online. What can be said, however, is that this technical monument, built in 1823, is of local and technological significance. Still in a ruinous state around 1976, as images from the German Digital Library demonstrate, the building was apparently restored to its current state of preservation after reunification.
