The Mazatzals are said to be one of the most beautiful passages along the Arizona Trail. In my opinion, it is a really nice section, but after some wildfires, there are other passages I consider to be more beautiful – like the Tortilla Mountains, the Wilderness of Rocks around Mount Lemmon and of course, the Grand Canyon.
