The church, built in 1891 in the historicist style, is a hymn book church and one of the themed churches of the Resolved Churches Foundation. The simple furnishing dates from the time of construction. In the sanctuary there are three colored stained glass windows, in the middle Christ is shown with a book in his hand, bread and wine are symbolized on the right and left. The organ from 1881 is the work of the master organ builder Rühlmann in Zörbig. Johann Koch cast the bronze bell in 1704.
