Lake Suviana

Near Castiglione dei Pepoli there is a particularly interesting and beautiful place of worship to see. This is the splendid Sanctuary of the Beata Vergine di Boccadirio. The structure dates back to the 16th century and has been modified several times over the course of history. In fact, two parts were added in the 18th century to complete the magnificent architectural work.
