Somewhat hidden on the railroad tracks is a building and the Christmas trees opposite (I suspect that it is a Christmas tree breeding 😊). Nicely laid out, looks very idyllic.

That looks more like a private hobby! The Christmas tree plantations e.g. near Balsbach in the Odenwald have about 10,000 trees in a row and one looks like the other!
