Tips
The western edge offers breathtaking views of the village of Oppedette. The path on the western side is also more rustic and a small ladder has to be climbed. It is most beautiful to hike in spring when the Calavon has water.

Beautiful view! During the hike the trees don't provide that much shade on a sunny day. So I recommend to bring a hat or cap.

The route marking of T1 is wildly misleading (!) The paths up and down the Gorge are a mix between T1, T2, T3 and sometimes just about T4. That's in fine weather. Take care of each other and help the others. There were quite a number of small kids of age 3 to 8 today
