The villa, a classic example of a "hunting lodge" built close to the right bank of the Po di Maistra, a few km from its faoce and is reflected in the shallow brackish waters of the small Valle Chiusa, set between the Po and Scano Palo- more commonly known as Boccasette beach.
The Scano is connected to the mainland by a beautiful wooden bridge, under which the water - sometimes sweet, sometimes salty, depending on the tides - of the lagoon flows.
Once you enter the beach, if you go north - on your left - go to the mouth.
If you opt for the South direction - on your right - you will reach the end of the Scano and you will find a delightful Madonnina.
