Year of origin: 1891/92
The villa was built for the master carpenter Gustav Schmidt. In 1902 a two-storey extension was added. In 1946 structural changes were made to the building. The villa was renovated in 1974. The building is a two-story brick building. Stucco and beam ceilings, double-leaf and box windows have been preserved from the period of construction. Source: gera.de
