The Leonhardi ride is the largest traditional event in Fürstenfeldbruck. Magnificently decorated horses and carriages, together with women and men in traditional costume, make a big tour of the city center, accompanied by music bands. The tradition is continued in honor of Saint Leonhard and has been maintained in its present form since 1966. In 1743, during a cattle plague, the citizens vowed a votive ministry.
