Tips
The way up is rocky and steep. Arrived there is a magnificent view of the Adige Valley and Lake Caldaro. I recommend taking enough drinks, there is no catering upstairs. Sturdy shoes are recommended.

You cannot ride your bike up to the castle of Leuchtenburg. The last stretch of about 400 m has to be completed on foot. The castle must have been huge once. The castle has not been inhabited since 1610.
