The three-storey gabled house with its farm buildings is a feast for the eyes. The castle owes its current appearance to various owners in recent decades, all of whom have contributed to the design. The Dreis Castle was first mentioned in 1579.

The castle has now been beautifully renovated - a real gem in the small town. Right next door there is a small café with a view of the castle (unfortunately, thanks to the missing section of the A1, it is right next to the busy road).There is also a Deiser castle song - you can find it at burg-dreis.com
