Always in a circle - don't worry, we don't mean the consequences of uninhibited beer consumption, but the concept of this brewery.The Janssens family grows barley, wheat, oats and spelled as well as their own hops on six hectares. Father Andre and the sons Dries and Jef brew and bottle the beer themselves. They feed all barley products and spent grains to the cattle on the farm. This closes the circle and they are probably the most ecological brewery in the world.Our favorite: "Witgoud", a beer based on chicory. But actually all the other 15 beers that are unique and delicious.
