The small Weilerbach Castle was once built as a summer residence for the abbots of Echternach Abbey. Construction was completed in 1780, but just a few years later, the castle was confiscated by the French government and sold to a private owner. After it was damaged in World War II, renovation work only began in the 1980s. Today, the castle's rooms are used for cultural events and concerts. The magnificently landscaped garden, designed in a French style, is also particularly beautiful. The small coach house houses a cozy museum café.
