Mountain biking
A cool, small trail leads from Lauchröden directly along the Werra. Directly behind the residents' allotment gardens, with a few small steps and bushes.
You can even see trees felled by the beaver.
Shortly before this highlight, you unfortunately have to go up a flight of stairs to the lookout point and the path that continues. The stairs could cause difficulties especially for eMTB users.

About 100-200m to the west ran the patrol path of the inner-German border and signal fence with all the trimmings through the rock (Serpentine area, today a road)
