Road cycling
The L828 runs just above the foot of the Egge main ridge and offers a beautiful view of the valley that connects Kempen and Feldrom. The asphalt is sometimes of very dubious quality (there will be roll splits on it soon 😪), but there is little traffic and you can enjoy the route.
Depending on the direction, you have to overcome a few dozen vertical meters at Feldrom (towards Altenbeken) or enjoy a nice descent (towards Feldrom). The rest of the route is mostly flat, only here and there are a few meters of altitude.
