In 1986 the city of Neuenrade renewed the 14 m high tower at 514 m above sea level. NN highest elevation in Neuenrade. A wonderful view is worth the climb: from the Lennetal to the Wilder Wiese and more, just take a look at the "Land of a Thousand Mountains". Panoramic pictures on top of the Quitmannsturm provide information about the surrounding mountains, localities and other lookout towers.
